Adhithi Enclave
One of our projects in which we have used interior patio, open kitchen concept and raised bedroom as our major design focus. A patio is a space generally used for dining or recreation that adjoins a residence and is typically paved. An open kitchen is a kitchen without walls separating it from the rest of the house.

Split level style home for a newlywed couple A split-level home is a style of house in which the floor levels are staggered. The overall design concept of this project -The Mezzanine floor, An intermediate floor in a building which is partly open to the double-height ceilinged floor below, or which does not extend over the whole floorspace of the building.

Kalaiyarasi Cottage
The major design focus is high ceilings and round house. In a round house there are dozens of interconnected points which give the building a unique combination of flexibility and strength – qualities which make them significantly safer in earthquakes. Round houses can cost significantly less to construct. Since round houses have less surface area, relative to floor space, there is less surface coming into contact with the weather outside
